As a former professional athlete of over 10 years in 7 different countries and a Bachelors Degree holder in strength and conditioning and biology, fitness has always been my life and my body has always been my tools.

From a very young age I learned the importance of being conscious of my body in terms of diet and nutrition and pushing the limits physically to be in optimum shape to compete. As my career has evolved so has my insight to what ‘ health ‘ is. Everyone has different goals and I love being able to share my knowledge and experience with various people from various walks of life to help achieve their goals.

Fitness and health is a lifestyle and not a switch we can turn on and off when we feel like it. However, the process should also be enjoyed. I always try to create workout plans and diet plans that push people to reaching their goals, while being realistic and understanding in-between where we are now and our goals there is a thing called life. Its actually quite simple really, the more you put in the more you get out.
